You want 250 mL of a 0.3363 mol/L H+ solution.
First, let’s figure out how many mols of H+ that is:
(0.3363 mol H+ / L solution) × 250 mL solution × (1 L / 1000 mL)
= 0.08408 mol H+
The simple disassociation reaction of HCl is:
HCl → H+ + Cl-
That is, for every mol of HCl, you get 1 mol of H+.
Thus, to get 0.08408 mol H+, you need 0.08408 mol of HCl.
Use the molar mass to convert from mol (amount) to grams (mass):
0.08408 mol of HCl × (36.46 g HCl / mol HCl) = 3.065 g HCl
Mind you, this is PURE HCl, which, you will likely find only as a highly purified gas. In liquid state, HCl is typically sold as a 37 wt% concentrated solution.
