Is this spec perfect to play FSX with Ultra High Rich settings?

this my spec:

First of all, You can’t have i7 system with Q9650 processor.

Now if money is not an object, then buy an i7 system, However here is the system I have.
I run FSX at ultra high resolution with two 22″ monitors at 1680-1050 resolution with one running FSX and the other one running a full screen DIVX movies.
My system:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4 Ghz running at 1.8 Ghz most of the time
4GB (2×2gb) Dominator Ram
250GB Seagate
1x ATI GTX280
550Watt Power Supply
Built in Sound
Vista Ultimate

I built this whole system without the monitors about 6-7 months ago for 700 bucks.
Never glitched or skipped a frame on me.

Word of advice is unless u want to waste power there is no reason to get sli or crossfire or even i7 system. Since the game only uses 2 cores anyway. and the other 6 will be at 1-10%.

If you want to maximize ur FSX experience, get a joystick or a wingman.
I use Saitek ST290. Just using the keyboard for the game is impossible to control. The adjustments to controls that need to be made are too precise and a keyboard or a mouse is just not accurate.
